Effective February 1, 2026, Cleveland Best Pest Control has updated its service pricing and expanded several of our service categories. These adjustments reflect two years of service data, industry‑wide changes in pest management practices, and our commitment to providing safe, effective, and reliable pest control for every customer we serve.

Why We Updated Our Pricing


Over the past two years, we closely reviewed the time, labor, and materials required to resolve the most common pest issues in Greater Cleveland. 

What we found was clear:
    • Most rodent and insect problems require 2–3 visits, not the 1–2 visits our previous pricing was based on.
    • Industry standards have shifted toward reduced chemical usage and increased reliance on lethal trapping, monitoring, and exclusion work.
    • These modern, environmentally responsible methods require more technician time, more follow‑up, and more hands‑on labor.

To continue delivering the level of quality our customers expect — and to stay aligned with current best practices — our pricing now reflects the actual number of visits and labor required to fully resolve an issue.

More Value Built Into Every Service


Many of our 2026 services now include additional follow‑up visits at no extra charge, ensuring that customers receive complete, start‑to‑finish treatment without surprise add‑ons.

Examples include:
    • Ant Treatment – now includes one follow‑up visit
    • Fly Treatment – now includes one follow‑up visit
    • Rodent Control (Mice) – now includes two follow‑up visits
    • Rodent Control (Rats) – now includes three follow‑up visits
    • Roach Control – now includes two follow‑up visits

These changes ensure that every service is priced to match the real work required to solve the problem — not just treat the symptoms.

New: Dedicated Pricing for Property Management Companies


Property management work has grown significantly for us, and with it comes:
    • Increased communication and coordination
    • Additional documentation and reporting
    • Multi‑unit scheduling

To keep this work sustainable and to maintain high service quality, we’ve created separate PM‑specific service line items. These services include built‑in follow‑ups and reflect the additional administrative time required to support multi‑unit properties.

Expanded Commercial & Multi‑Family Service Offerings


For 2026, we’ve also published our full range of commercial IPM services, including:
    • Monthly, bi‑monthly, and quarterly Apartment Building Service Plans
    • Commercial IPM programs for businesses and facilities
    • Multi‑unit rodent and insect control with structured follow‑ups
    • Exterior rodent station programs
    • Clean‑out and infestation services for high‑activity environments

These programs are designed to provide predictable, preventative protection for buildings with ongoing pest pressures.
